Cobble Hill
Nestled in a quaint corner of northwest Brooklyn, Cobble Hill is very enchanting with great curb appeal marked by rows of elegant 19th-century brownstones and carriage houses dating back to the 1800s. The area’s historic district, designated in 1969, became the second such area landmarked in Brooklyn. Besides stunning buildings, Cobble Hill has much more, like ample green space, hidden alleys, and chic shops along its quiet leafy streets. Its prime location next to Brooklyn Heights, Boerum Hill and Carroll Gardens makes it that much more appealing. The neighborhood has an upscale yet friendly atmosphere and offers excellent schools, busy playgrounds, sidewalk cafes and trendy restaurants. It’s also near the Cobble Hill Cinemas, dynamic bookstores, and Columbia Street waterfront district tucked between the Brooklyn Queen Expressway and NY Harbor.
